Dear customer, we at Ziigah.com believe that customer service is the corner stone of our entire business. We try our best to avoid any issues that may arise during your shopping experience with us, therefore we made sure that all our policies are transparent and simple to understand and if you need any clarification please do not hesitate to contact us directly.

 

Return & Exchange Policy:


1.     You have the right to return or exchange items purchased from Ziigah.com within 14 calendar days of purchase under the following conditions:

2.     Returned or exchanged items must have a manufacturing defect that cannot be repaired without compromising the items quality, fake, fiddle or does not match the specifications stated on Ziigah.com.

3.     Returned items must be in their original packaging with all its original content, including, but not limited to, accessories and manuals.

4.     Returned items (unless defective, fake or fiddle) must be in resellable condition.

5.     You have the right to receive your refund against returned items in the same form of payment made at time of original purchase. For example, if you bought items in cash you will receive your refund in cash.

6.     You have the right to receive your refund in full. We will not deduct any kind of transactions fees, such as visa/mastercard/knet fees or processing fees, from your refund amount.

7.     You have the right to receive your refund within 10 calendar days of your original request.

1.     How to Process your Return or Exchange

8.     If you would like to return or exchange an eligible item within 48 hours of purchase, you can contact our customer service center and we will arrange for pickup from your address stated in your invoice. When we collect your item, please provide us the original invoice at time of purchase.

9.     If you would like to return or exchange an eligible item more than 48 hours after your purchase, please return item with the original invoice to our head office.

10.  Please allow us 10 business days to asses your return or exchange request.

 

Delivery Policy:

 

1.     Ziigah.com delivers orders in Kuwait by Company's own delivery network and, from time to time, we will use 3rd party logistics partners.

2.     Once you have received the order, we (or our logistics partner) will ask you for your electronic or physical signature. Your signature will be a confirmation that you have received all items purchased in the order.

3.     If you are not present at the specified delivery address, we (or our logistics partner) can deliver the order to any person at the specified address and their signature on the order will be a confirmation that you have received all items purchased in the order.

4.     If we (or our logistics partner) reach your address and fail to deliver the order, please contact our customer service department to arrange an alternative delivery time. We will not be responsible for any orders that are not delivered within a period of 30 days after the day of purchase.

5.     The minimum order value for delivery KD10

6.     Delivery Charge will apply on each order.

7.     Order placed after 6 PM will be delivered the next day at a time allotted by Ziigah.com or a time preferred by the customer.

8.     Delivery times are available between 8:00 am - 10:00 pm.

9.     Payment is required before the time of delivery.

10.  Payment can be made by KNET or CREDIT CARD

11.  Free Items that were given with purchased items must also be returned, and if those free of charge items were not "as new", there might be an additional charges.

12.  When a promotional item is returned (in case of the promotion duration is passed), the value of the promotional item will be deducted from the refund amount

13.  Some customers will be warned that subsequent returns will not be eligible for returns or exchange, Ziigah.com reserves the right to deny any return or exchange

14.  The original Invoice/Original receipt is required for all returns and exchanges; a valid photo ID is also preferable.

 

Non-returnable Items:

 

      Any type of Digital Cards such as xxxxx etc.

      Consumable items just like batteries

      Microphones, chargers and similar products

      Items that are damaged & abused

      Items that are missing accessories such as remote controls, cords & cables

 

Warranties:


1. Only items that specify a warranty provider and a warranty time frame on the item product page at time of purchase are eligible for warranty.

2. Warranties do not cover faults caused by misuse, physical damage

3. To benefit from any existing warranty, please provide the original invoice to the specified service center detailed below.

4. If you were not satisfied with the response of any of the service centers, please get in touch with us and we will make sure you get the treatment you deserve.

 

Order Cancellation Policy:


Your order begins processing immediately after you click Place Your Order on the "Confirm and submit" page. During processing time it may be possible to cancel your order, but once the order moves into the delivery process, it cannot be canceled.

To attempt to cancel your order during processing:

1.              Sign in to your account.

2.              Find the order on your account Main Page

3.              Click the order number to see the Order Details.

 

If it is still possible to cancel, you will see an enabled Cancel" button on the Order Details page that you can use to cancel your order. If the "Cancel" button is not enabled, the order is already being in delivery and cannot be canceled.

If you have changed your mind about the order and it is too late to cancel, you can return any unwanted items in accordance with the returns policy.
